I was invited to attend the Small Business Workshop hosted by the City and County of San Francisco yesterday afternoon.

I’m still going through my notes from the very informative presentations and the discussions held with multiple city departments and prime contractors. I learned a great deal about becoming a certified supplier partner for the city, as much has changed since I was with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA).

I met some absolutely wonderful local small business owners and reconnected with others I hadn’t seen in years. It was also great to check out the beautiful Southeast Community Center in Bayview.

Thank you again for the kind invitation to this informative workshop. I look forward to a fruitful partnership with my hometown.
